Hiking is an excellent activity to get into shape and to improve your existing fitness regimen. Especially with a backpack, hiking is great for spine health, it improves balance, it exercises rarely-used muscles and the outdoor component works in perfect conjunction with exercise- induced neurotransmitters to boost and elevate mood.The monthly membership allows you to pay once at a discounted rate and sign up for as many hike/meal combinations in the calendar month as you would like.Come with me to form a relationship with the earth that surrounds our magical San Miguel.

Welcome to La Senderista SMA Day Hikes! I am Misti (aka Mistical), a semi-retired registered nurse living my dream on our EcoVilla permaculture farm outside of San Miguel de Allende. I have been hiking my whole life and have been exploring the countryside of San Miguel de Allende for the last 18 months. The beauty here is astounding and getting the chance to share the eagle eye view of our mountian town with others brings me so much joy. Come along with me on a day hike outside of SMA to fall in love with this desert and mountain terrain atop a bed of rose quartz crystal.
